HOW WE MAKE IT
Our Bronze Triceratops Dinosaur Figurine uses three different types of copper materials and is crafted using the lost wax casting method, an age-old technique known for capturing intricate details and ensuring the durability of bronze sculptures. Additionally, we apply a heat coloring process to create various colors on the surface of the piece.
The process begins with a detailed wax model that is later encased in a ceramic shell. After the wax is melted away, molten bronze is poured in, capturing every nuanced detail of the original design. Once cooled, the statue undergoes several rounds of cutting, grinding, polishing, and chiseling to achieve a smooth, refined finish.
